The 3rd Meeting on Complications in Spine Surgery was successfully held at Memorial Ankara Hospital on 15 March 2025. The scientific program focused entirely on real-life complication cases from daily spine practice, encouraging open discussion of errors, difficult decisions, and practical solutions.

The meeting covered a wide range of topics including instrumentation complications, degenerative spine surgery, pediatric deformity, tumors, trauma and osteoporotic spine, minimally invasive surgery, and spinal infections. Through case-based sessions, “worst-case scenarios,” and interactive debates, participants had the opportunity to learn strategies for preventing, recognizing, and managing complications in spine surgery.

We sincerely thank all members of the organizing committee, moderators, and faculty for their valuable contributions, as well as all participants whose active involvement created a highly interactive educational environment.
